Design Notes

Attached a BamH1 restriction site for ease of attachment to other parts. The Lactobacillus acidophilus variant of the protein was used as the Staphylococcus aureus variant has been shown to induce internalisation internalisation of the protein : http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19482952.
